1. Are there any activation fees or deposits?

2. What happens if I cancel my contract early?
If you terminate your contract early, you will be charged a one-month payment (AED 229 for Home Wireless Plus, AED 299 for Entertainment, AED 349 for Gaming) plus the pro-rated cost of the router device based on the remaining contract months.
3. Is there a cooling-off period?
Yes. For wireless plans, you have 7 days from activation to exit without fees if the service was mis-sold or if du did not comply with terms and conditions. For fibre plans, you have 14 days to cancel without any early termination charges.
4. When does the service charge start?
Service charges begin from the date the data SIM is activated in the router, not from the date of purchase or application. Your first month is calculated from activation until the end of that month.
5. How do I activate my free streaming services?
Once your plan is activated, simply go to the “My Favourites” section on the du App and choose your free streaming services. Disney+ is included automatically, and you can select additional apps based on your plan (2 for Entertainment, 3 for Gaming).
