1. Are there any activation fees or deposits?
No! As a limited-time offer, new customers can enjoy no deposits and no activation fees on selected du home wireless plans. Get connected hassle-free with Noor Al Hayat.
2. What happens if I cancel my contract early?
If you terminate your contract early, you will be charged a one-month payment (AED 229 for Home Wireless Plus, AED 299 for Entertainment, AED 349 for Gaming) plus the pro-rated cost of the router device based on the remaining contract months.
3. Is there a cooling-off period?
Yes. For wireless plans, you have 7 days from activation to exit without fees if the service was mis-sold or if du did not comply with terms and conditions. For fibre plans, you have 14 days to cancel without any early termination charges.
4. When does the service charge start?
Service charges begin from the date the data SIM is activated in the router, not from the date of purchase or application. Your first month is calculated from activation until the end of that month.
5. How do I activate my free streaming services?
Once your plan is activated, simply go to the “My Favourites” section on the du App and choose your free streaming services. Disney+ is included automatically, and you can select additional apps based on your plan (2 for Entertainment, 3 for Gaming).
6. How does the discount apply on Home Wireless Entertainment?
Your first month is charged at the full promotional rate (AED 299). From the second month onwards, you pay the discounted AED 239 for 6 months. After the 6-month period, the monthly charge returns to AED 299.
7. How does the discount apply on Home Starter Fibre?
Pay only AED 350/month for 6 months. The discount applies from the second month of activation. After the 7th month, you will be charged the full rental of AED 389/month for the remainder of the 24-month contract.
8. What is included in the Business Starter Pro plan?
The Business Starter Pro plan includes unlimited 5G data, business landline, 5G router, free Microsoft 365 license, and a free .AE domain. Please note a AED 200 activation fee applies.

10. What speeds can I expect with du Home Starter Fibre?
The du Home Starter Fibre plan offers 250 Mbps download speeds. Estimated speeds will be between 250Mbps for downloads and 80Mbps for uploads, ensuring smooth streaming, gaming, and browsing for your entire family.
